EchoはすべてCloudflare上で稼働し、データは西ヨーロッパに保存されます。
- すべてCloudflare上で運用アプリはCloudflare Workers、データベースはCloudflare D1、ファイルはCloudflare R2で稼働します。ほかのホスティングは使いません。
- 西ヨーロッパで保存データベースとファイルはCloudflareの西ヨーロッパ地域に保存されます。リクエストは最寄りのデータセンターで処理され、Cloudflareのデータ処理契約が適用されます。
- 転送時も保存時も暗号化すべての接続はHTTPSのみです。Cloudflareが保存中のデータベースとファイルを暗号化します。
- キーを二重に保護連携したキーとトークンは、EchoがAES-256-GCMで追加暗号化し、再表示しません。EchoのAPI用キーはフィンガープリントのみを保存します。
- バックアップの保存期間は30日間データベースの復元ポイントは30日間自動保存されるため、操作ミスや障害の後に復元できます。
アクセス.
ワークスペースを見られるのは適切な人だけ。パスワードは不要です。
- パスワード不要Googleまたはメールに届くワンタイムリンクでログインできます。漏えいや使い回しの心配があるパスワードは不要です。
- 終了するセッション7日間利用がないとセッションは終了します。ログインリンクと招待には有効期限があり、ログインメールの送信回数には制限があります。
- オーナーとメンバー請求、APIキー、Webhook、ワークスペースの削除を管理できるのはオーナーだけです。ブランドアセットのゲストには、共有されたものだけが表示されます。
- ワークスペース間のデータを分離すべてのリクエストで、要求されたデータがログイン中のユーザーのワークスペースに属することを確認します。変更のたびに自動テストでも検証します。
- ご自身のOpenAIキーワークスペースでは、独自のOpenAIアカウントで下書き作成とエージェントを実行できます。キーは暗号化され、削除するとすぐに消去されます。
- 確認対象外:サポートの依頼を受けた場合、セキュリティ上必要な場合、または法令で求められる場合を除き、Echoの担当者がお客様のワークスペースを開くことはありません。
AIとEU AI Act.
EchoはEU AI Actに準拠しています。AIが下書きを作り、人が判断します。
- 法人向けAI APIのみEchoはOpenAI、Anthropic、Google、Perplexity、xAIのモデルを各社のビジネス向けAPI経由で利用します。いずれもEchoから送信されたデータを学習に使用できません。
- 高リスクシステムではありませんEchoは公開されているAIの回答を読み、マーケティング用の下書きを作成します。人に関する判断は行いません。
- 下書きであることを明示Echoが作成した内容はまずレビューに入り、出典が表示されます。事実を裏付けられない数値には「要確認」と表示されます。
- 担当者が承認しますページはウェブサイト作成ツールに下書きとして送られ、外部への連絡はご自身で行います。Echoがワークスペースの外で自動的に公開、投稿、メール送信することはありません。
- すべてのAI呼び出しを記録エージェントとAI機能はAIであることを明示し、各AI呼び出しとその費用を記録します。何が実行されたか確認できます。
GDPR.
EchoはGDPRに準拠し、ベルリンを拠点にEUのデータ保護法に従って運営しています。
- 明確な役割お客様のアカウントについては、Echoがデータ管理者です。ワークスペースに追加された第三者のデータ（リード、連絡先、訪問者）については、お客様の会社が管理者、Echoが処理者です。
- 公開されているDPAデータ処理契約（GDPR第28条）は、署名なしですべてのワークスペースに適用されます。
- エクスポートと削除ほとんどの表をCSVでエクスポートできます。アカウントは「設定」→「アカウント」から削除できます。自分だけが利用するワークスペースも直ちに削除されます。
- 必要最小限にEchoのタグはIPアドレスを取得せず、訪問者にCookieを使いません。AIクローラーの訪問も個人情報なしで記録します。
- メールでの権利行使いつでもアクセス、訂正、削除を請求できます。データ保護当局への申し立ても可能です。
Echoが利用するサービス。
