Insights/AI visibility

See what AI tells your customers about you.

People now ask an assistant which product to buy. Echo asks the same questions every day, on five assistants, and shows how often you're named, who gets recommended instead, and which websites the answer relied on.

Start with the questions your customers ask

Enter your name and website. Echo reads your site and suggests your competitors and about twenty questions people ask AI, from “how do I…” to “best … for …”. Change anything, add your own, or import a list.

  • Questions grouped by topic, with their intent
  • Each one shows its last result, its trend and who was named
  • Turn a question off without losing its history

Read the actual answers

Every answer is kept, so you can read exactly what the AI said. Your brand is highlighted, competitors are underlined in their colour, and every claim links to the source it came from. You also see the searches the AI ran.

  • Several samples per question, so one odd answer moves the numbers less
  • Sentiment for every brand an answer names
  • The brand, the date and the assistant for every answer

Know who gets named instead

Visibility, share of voice, position and sentiment, for you and up to fifteen competitors, with the change against the period before. Head to head by topic shows where each competitor is strong.

  • Missed opportunities: questions where AI leaves you out
  • A leaderboard and a comparison by topic
  • Every table exports as CSV

See which websites AI relies on

Assistants quote someone. Echo shows the websites and pages behind the answers, split into your own, your competitors' and everyone else's, so you know where you need to be mentioned.

  • Domains and single pages, with their trend
  • Open any source to read the answers that cite it
  • Sources where you're missing become actions

Five assistants, up to six markets

A market is a country and a language with its own questions. Your main market is asked every day, the others every Monday, and Google's AI Overviews are read from the real results page of that country.

  • ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews
  • Questions translated or suggested per market
  • Filters for period, assistant and market on every screen
  • ChatGPTAsked every day, with web search switched on. And a prompt that builds your next page.
  • PerplexityAsked every day, with the sources it cites.
  • GeminiAsked every day, with Google Search.
  • ClaudeAsked every day, with web search. And a prompt that builds your next page.
  • Google AI OverviewsRead from the real results page of your market.

Questions, answered.

Which assistants does Echo ask?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, each with web search switched on, and Google, whose AI Overview Echo reads from the results page in your market's country and language.

Are these the answers people see in the apps?

Close, but not identical. Echo asks through the providers' official interfaces with web search switched on, so the answers come from the same models and the same kind of search. Google's AI Overviews are the exception: Echo reads the real results page a signed-out searcher sees.

How often does Echo ask?

Your main market every day, other markets every Monday. “Run prompts now” asks on request, once an hour per market.

Why several samples per question?

AI answers vary from one ask to the next. Asking each question two or three times per assistant makes a single odd answer move your numbers less. Every number counts every sample.
