Actions/Actions

Know what to do this week. And whether it worked.

Most marketing tools show you numbers and leave the rest to you. Echo turns what it sees into a short list of actions, ranked by what they move. Each one has its proof, an owner, a due date, and a before and after once it's done.

A board, not another dashboard

Every Monday Echo writes your actions: pages to create or improve, websites to get mentioned on, fixes for your own site, facts that AI gets wrong. They land on a board with three columns. Drag a card when you start, and again when it's live.

  • Ranked by impact and effort, with the top ones marked for this week
  • Each action has an owner from your team and a due date
  • Dismiss what doesn't fit: it never comes back

Every action brings its proof

No action without evidence. You see the questions where you're missing, the answers that name a competitor instead, the pages the AI relied on and what changed on a competitor's site. A minute is enough to decide whether it's worth doing.

  • Prompts, answers, cited pages and website findings, each one linked
  • Competitor moves become actions: a comparison page that names you, a new price
  • Page actions come with a content brief and a first draft

See whether it worked

When you mark an action done, Echo remembers how often AI named you in the two weeks before. From then on the action shows before against since, with a chart, and the traffic of the pages you changed once Google is connected.

  • Visibility of the action's own prompts, before and since
  • Visits, visits from AI assistants and search clicks of the pages it touched
  • Website fixes close by themselves when the next check no longer finds the problem
  • SlackNew actions, wrong facts and the Monday summary, with buttons.
  • Microsoft TeamsThe same news as cards in a Teams channel.
  • LinearActions become issues; closing one closes the action.
  • JiraActions become tickets; closing one closes the action.

Questions, answered.

Where do the actions come from?

From what Echo measures: the questions where AI leaves you out, the answers themselves, the websites AI cites, your competitors' pages, a weekly check of your own website, your fact sheet, your AI score, your search data and the customer stories your customers approved. Once a week Echo turns that evidence into at most 15 actions per market; problems on your website are found by fixed rules.

How does Echo know an action worked?

When you mark it done, Echo stores how visible you were for the action's prompts in the 14 days before, and compares it with every day since. Changes usually show after a few weeks, once assistants have found the new page or mention.

Can I send actions to the tools my team uses?

Yes. Create an issue in Linear or Jira with one click, get new actions in Slack or Microsoft Teams, copy an action as a task, or email it to anyone. Closing the issue marks the action done in Echo.

Do the same suggestions keep coming back?

No. A dismissed action never comes back and a done one isn't reopened. Open actions get fresh evidence, and suggestions nobody touched for two weeks disappear.
