1. Who we are

Echo is provided by Benjamin Libor, Grünberger Straße 17, 10243 Berlin, Germany ("we"). You can reach us at ibo@allsite.pro. See the imprint for full details.

2. What Echo does

Echo sends the questions you set up ("prompts") to AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI Overviews on a schedule, stores their answers and shows how often your brand and your competitors are mentioned, in what tone, and which websites are cited. It reads the public pages of your website and your competitors' websites to suggest actions and to show what competitors change. Echo is under active development: features may change, be added or be removed.

3. Your account

  • You need an account to use Echo. You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email address.
  • Keep access to your email account and Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Echo is only offered to businesses: by choosing a plan, you confirm that you act in your trade, business or profession (an entrepreneur under § 14 BGB), not as a consumer. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use Echo for anything unlawful, or to track brands or people in a way that breaks the law;
  • enter prompts designed to produce illegal, hateful or harmful content;
  • try to get around usage limits, access other users' data, or disrupt or overload the service;
  • resell or give others access to Echo without our written consent.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

5. AI answers and results

The answers Echo shows are written by third-party AI systems, not by us. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and they vary from one run to the next. Echo uses the official OpenAI API with web search, so its answers are similar but not identical to what someone sees in the ChatGPT app. The numbers Echo calculates are an indication, not a guarantee of how any AI assistant will talk about your brand. Don't base important decisions on them alone.

6. Your data

The brand details, competitors and prompts you enter, and the results Echo collects for you, belong to you. You let us store and process them to run Echo for you, including sending prompts and brand details to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy. You can export tables as CSV and delete your account and all its data at any time in Settings → Account.

When you add the Echo tag to a website, or switch on Company visitors for a brand, Echo processes data about that website's visitors for you, as your processor. You decide to use these features, so you need a lawful basis for them and you tell your visitors in your privacy policy (for Company visitors, that the IP address is sent to our subprocessor Snitcher to find the visiting company). Company visitors shows companies, not people: don't use it to single out or contact individuals.

When the Echo tag loads your other tags or shows your cookie banner, and when Echo sends your conversions to Meta, LinkedIn or Google Analytics, it does so on your instructions: you choose the tags, the banner's settings, the events and whether hashed emails are sent, and you make sure your consent wording and privacy policy cover them. Echo's banner is a tool, not legal advice. In Google Tag Manager, Echo only prepares changes in a new workspace; publishing them is your decision.

7. Email campaigns

Growth and Pro plans can send email campaigns to leads from the workspace's own sending domain. When you use them:

  • Only people who agreed to hear from you. You may add and email only people who agreed to receive emails from you, such as sign-ups, customers or event contacts who opted in, and you confirm this each time you add leads. Bought, rented, shared or scraped lists and guessed addresses are not allowed.
  • Your mails, your responsibility. You're responsible for who you write to and what the mails say, including the ones Echo writes for you after you approve the samples, and for following the law on email marketing and data protection where your leads are. Every mail carries your postal address and an unsubscribe link; they stay in. People who unsubscribe, bounce or mark a mail as spam are never emailed again from Echo.
  • Your leads' data. For your leads' data you are the controller, and we process it only on your instructions and to send your campaigns (Art. 28 GDPR), as described in our privacy policy. The services we use for it are listed there. You can delete leads at any time.
  • Limits and pausing. Your plan sets how many mails, leads and running campaigns you have. A new sending domain sends fewer mails a day for its first two weeks. Echo pauses a campaign on its own when too many mails bounce or are marked as spam. We may also pause your campaigns or switch off email campaigns for your workspace if you break this section, or if our email provider requires it; we'll tell you why.

8. Availability

We work to keep Echo running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Scheduled runs can be delayed or skipped, for example when an AI provider is down or a usage limit is reached.

9. Plans, trial and payment

  • Plans. Echo is offered in monthly plans. What each plan includes and costs is shown on our pricing page and in Settings → Billing when you choose it. Prices are per workspace and month and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies (business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are charged under the reverse charge).
  • Payment. We are the seller. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland); you pay by card or another method Stripe offers at checkout. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until cancelled. Invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Manage billing.
  • Free trial. A new workspace can try a plan free for 14 days, once. You enter a payment method at the start. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and the first month is charged on the day the trial ends. During the trial, a lower AI usage limit applies.
  • Changing plans. You can change your plan at any time in Settings → Billing. The change takes effect at once, and the price difference for the rest of the month is settled on your next invoice (prorated). If you move to a smaller plan while using more than it includes, Echo pauses runs until you're within its limits.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. The plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part months, unless the law requires it. After the plan ends, you can still read your dashboards, actions and briefs, but Echo stops running prompts and checking competitors. Your data stays until you delete it.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and we let you know by email. If it's still unpaid 7 days after the first failed attempt, Echo pauses runs and competitor checks until the payment goes through.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future months. We'll email you at least 4 weeks before a change applies to you; you can cancel before then.
  • AI usage limit. Each plan has a monthly limit on the AI costs Echo takes on for you, so costs can't run away. It's generous for normal use; if it's reached, runs pause until the next calendar month.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation (one that makes the proper use of Echo possible and on which you may rely), and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, our liability is excluded.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Echo and delete your account at any time. Deleting a workspace or your account also ends its plan at once, without a refund for the rest of the month. We can end the service for you with 30 days' notice by email (at the end of a paid month), or immediately for good cause (for example a serious breach of section 4). If we shut Echo down, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data and refund months you've paid for but can't use.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. We'll email you about important changes at least 4 weeks before they take effect. If you don't object before then, the new terms apply; if you object, you can delete your account. We'll point this out in the email.

13. Law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply.
