Actions/Team and notifications

Actions reach the people who do them. In the tools they already use.

Assign an action and its owner hears about it. New actions, wrong facts and the weekly summary arrive in Slack or Microsoft Teams. One click turns an action into a Linear issue or a Jira ticket, and closing the ticket closes the action.

Slack, with buttons

Echo posts what needs attention to the channel you choose: new high-impact actions, facts AI got wrong, and the Monday summary. Assign an action to yourself or mark it done without leaving Slack.

  • Assign to me, Mark done and Open in Echo on every action
  • Switch each kind of message on or off per brand
  • People are matched to their Echo account by email

Linear and Jira, in both directions

An action becomes an issue with its title, what to do, its proof and a link back. Impact becomes priority. When the issue is closed, the action is done in Echo; when it's reopened, so is the action.

  • A default team or project per brand
  • The assignee is set when their email matches
  • No duplicates: an action has one issue

Microsoft Teams

The same news as in Slack, as cards in a Teams channel: the action, its impact and proof, and a button that opens it in Echo.

  • Set up with a Workflows link, in four steps
  • New actions, wrong facts and the Monday summary
  • A test message checks the channel

The Monday email

Every Monday morning each brand's numbers arrive by email: this week's actions first, then visibility and share of voice with their change, what competitors did, and what's due.

  • One section per market
  • A separate alert when visibility drops
  • Everyone chooses their own emails, with one-click unsubscribe
  • SlackNew actions, wrong facts and the Monday summary, with buttons.
  • Microsoft TeamsThe same news as cards in a Teams channel.
  • LinearActions become issues; closing one closes the action.
  • JiraActions become tickets; closing one closes the action.
  • Google CalendarSubscribe to your marketing calendar; event invites land in it.
  • OutlookSend from your Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox.

Questions, answered.

Who can see and change what?

A workspace has an owner and members. Members do everything day to day: prompts, actions, briefs, drafts, campaigns. Only the owner invites and removes people, manages billing and deletes the workspace.

Can I hand an action to someone outside Echo?

Yes. “Copy as task” gives you the action as Markdown or plain text with its proof, and “Email to…” sends it to any address, for example the email-in address of a task tool or a freelancer.

Does Echo put my calendar into Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes. Every person gets a private calendar link for their workspace. Subscribe to it once, and due actions, drafts to publish, posts and campaigns show up in your own calendar.
