Know who you're writing for. From what your customers already told you.
Echo reads what you already have: the questions buyers ask AI, what the answers doubt about you, your customers' own words, your CRM, form answers, replies and interview notes. It proposes your segments, their needs, their objections and their words, each with its sources. You keep what's right, and every draft, page, ad and pitch uses it.
Segments from your own data
Who buys from you, with company size, industry and who uses, decides and pays. Echo reads your prompts and AI answers, customer stories, CRM job titles and won or lost reasons, form answers, email replies, community threads and your interview notes, without a survey or a paid research tool.
- Each segment with the questions it asks AI
- Suggested as prompts to track, in their words
- A weekly refresh proposes what's new
Every item shows where it comes from
Nothing is made up: each segment, need, objection and phrase comes with its sources, quoted word for word, and opens where they live. A person keeps each one; a refresh never overwrites what you kept, it only suggests.
- Objections checked against the page that should answer them
- Unanswered ones become actions with the proof
- History of who kept, edited or dismissed what
Used by every writer
Briefs, drafts, landing pages, ads, pitches, the builder prompt and the agent write with the research you kept. Pick one segment and the text speaks to them, answers their objections and uses their own words.
- “Write for” on drafts and briefs
- Brand voice's audiences come from your kept segments
- In Claude and ChatGPT through Echo's connector
Works with
All integrations- HubSpotContacts, deals and revenue by source; leads in step.
- AttioLeads become people records, replies become notes, deals feed your pipeline.
Questions, answered.
Where does the research come from?
Only from what's already in Echo: your tracked prompts and AI answers, customers' answers to your story questions, HubSpot or Attio (job titles and why deals were won or lost; notes only if you switch them on), lead form answers, replies to your email campaigns, community threads and the notes or call transcripts you add. No survey panel or paid audience tool.
Can the AI invent a segment or an objection?
No. Every item must cite the snippets it comes from, and the quote is taken from the source itself. A proposal without a real source is dropped, and nothing reaches your drafts until someone on your team keeps it.
What happens to an objection my website doesn't answer?
Echo checks the page that should answer it. If it doesn't, you get an action to answer it there, with the sources as proof. It closes when a later check finds the answer.
