Before you start, the usual questions.
How does the free trial work?
You pick a plan and add a card at the start. The first 14 days are free; the first month is charged when they end, unless you cancel before. Echo reminds you three days ahead.
What is a prompt, and what does “checked daily” mean?
A prompt is one question your customers ask, in one market. Daily prompts are asked every morning on every assistant of your plan; weekly prompts every Monday, which is how several countries stay affordable.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
At any time, in Settings → Billing. A change is charged or credited by the day. After cancelling, your plan runs to the end of the paid month, and your data stays readable.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added where it applies. Customers in the EU pay the same amount in euros, and companies with a VAT number from another EU country are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
Can we use our own OpenAI key?
Yes. With your own key in Settings → Usage, drafts, briefs, the Echo agent and other writing run on your OpenAI account and don't count toward the plan's AI budget. Tracking stays on Echo.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Echo tells you which one, and nothing is lost. You can turn something off, or move to the next plan.
