Up to thirty facts per brand: pricing, product, company, audience, integrations. Echo drafts them from your website; you review each one before it counts. A claim your facts don't cover is never marked wrong.

For every wrong fact you see which assistant said it, for which question, and the sentence itself, marked in the answer. “Contradicts” means it says something else, “outdated” that it says what used to be true.

From mistake to fix
Each wrong fact becomes one action that names the page to correct: your own, or the review site the assistants keep quoting. It closes by itself once two weeks of answers get the fact right, and reopens if the mistake returns.

Questions, answered.
What counts as wrong?
Only what contradicts a fact you confirmed. Echo must quote the answer word for word; a finding without an exact quote is dropped. Concrete claims that no fact covers are shown separately, because they may be right.
Does Echo check older answers too?
When you save your fact sheet for the first time, Echo checks the answers of the last 30 days that name you. After that, every new answer is checked as it comes in.
How do I correct what an assistant says?
Assistants repeat what the pages they read say. Echo shows which page the wrong answers cite, so you correct your own page or ask the site that carries the old information to update it.
