Echo is the key.

The programme is for Echo customers. After the kickoff call and the signed agreement, you take a yearly Echo plan, Growth or Pro. Echo becomes the place to run your site: it shows how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI Overviews describe your company, which sites they trust and what to do next to be the brand they recommend, and the CMS and admin panels for your site are coming into Echo too.

What does it cost?

€15,000 for the website, a fraction of our usual €50,000 to €100,000: €7,500 when the agreement is signed and €7,500 after launch and handover. Once the agreement is signed you also take a yearly Echo plan, Growth or Pro.

Is anything binding before we start?

No. The kickoff call and everything before it are free and not binding. After the call we send the agreement, and the project starts only once you sign it.

Who is eligible?

Startups that went through one of the programmes on our list, or raised from one of its VC firms or angel investors. Not on it? Apply anyway and we'll tell you by email within 24 hours.

Why do I need Echo?

The programme is how Echo backs young startups. A yearly Echo plan unlocks the sprint's price, and it keeps working after launch: it shows how AI assistants talk about you and what to change next.

Who does the work?

Allsite Studio, led by Benjamin Libor, Echo's founder. It's the same senior team that designs and builds websites for companies backed by Sequoia, a16z and GV.

Is three weeks really enough?

Yes, for a focused marketing website. Allsite's projects usually take two to four weeks; the programme keeps the scope to the pages a young startup needs and asks for feedback within a day. A bigger scope gets a longer plan in the proposal.

Which pages are included?

Usually the home page, product or solution pages, about, a demo or contact page and the CMS for your blog. The exact list is in your proposal, agreed before we start.

Can my team change the site after launch?

Yes. You can edit it with prompts in Claude Code or Cursor, or by hand in Framer with a custom CMS and admin panels. We walk your team through both at handover.

Do we need copy and a brand first?

No. We write the messaging and copy with you and work with the brand you have. If the brand needs work too, we say so in the proposal.

Who owns the website?

You do. The site, the design, the content and the accounts are yours.

Is this the AEO Accelerator?

No. The AEO Accelerator is a free five-week programme that teaches your team to win AI answers. The startup programme is a service: we redesign your website for you.
