One place for every file, and the rules for using them.
Logos, designs, screenshots, ads, slides, videos and links to Figma or Loom, organised in collections with versions. Next to them sit your brand guidelines: logo, colours, type, imagery, voice and templates. Echo's drafts and prompts follow them, and AI checks any creative against them.
Everything the team looks for
Drop files anywhere on the page, or add a link. Echo keeps a preview, gives each file a category and lets you search by name, tag or type. A new version replaces the old one without losing it.
- Images, PDFs, video, fonts, documents and links
- Collections: one file can be in several
- Deleted files wait 30 days before they're gone
Brand guidelines everyone follows
Logos with clear space and don'ts, colours with what each is for and a contrast check, fonts, imagery and your voice, on one page. Import colours, fonts and the logo from your website to start. Publish it for agencies and freelancers, and check any ad, post or PDF against it: AI says what's off and where.
- Drafts, prompts and the Echo agent follow it
- Check against guidelines: colours, logo, fonts, wording
- One link for partners, always the current version
Share by link, on your terms
A link for a collection or a single file, with a password, an expiry date and downloads on or off. You see how often it was opened, and you can revoke it at any time.
- No account needed for the people you share with
- Approved customer stories share the same way
- Every active link listed in one place

Questions, answered.
How much can I store?
5, 50 or 250 GB, with single files up to 500 MB, 2 GB or 5 GB, depending on your plan.
Who can see my files?
Your workspace, and the people you send a share link to. Files are private: every read is checked, and shared pages aren't listed by search engines.
What does the guidelines check look at?
An image or the first pages of a PDF: colours outside your palette, a wrong or stretched logo, other fonts and words your voice avoids. Each finding says where it is and how to fix it. Checks are counted per month: 20, 100 or 300, depending on your plan.
