Lead forms that feed your CRM.
Put a form on your site in a minute. Every sign-up confirms by email, arrives with its consent on record, joins the email campaign you chose, and shows up in HubSpot. Echo connects the CRM you have instead of being another one.
A form on your site in a minute
Title, intro, the fields you need, your consent sentence and the button. Use the hosted link or paste the embed into Framer, Webflow or any page. Sign-ups and confirmations are counted for every form.
- Text, long text and choice fields
- A hidden field and limits keep bots out
- Export sign-ups as CSV
Consent on record
A sign-up becomes a lead only after confirming by email. Echo keeps the consent sentence they agreed to and when, so you can show it if anyone asks.
- Double opt-in by default
- Confirmed leads join the campaign you chose
- Unsubscribes are respected everywhere
In step with HubSpot
Leads become HubSpot contacts with their campaign, their status and their consent. Replies become notes. Unsubscribes travel both ways. Won deals flow back as candidates for customer stories and as revenue in Results.
- Connect once for the whole workspace
- Import a HubSpot list with its consent property
- Nothing is ever deleted in HubSpot
Works with
All integrations- HubSpotContacts, deals and revenue by source; leads in step.
- AttioLeads become people, replies become notes, deals feed your pipeline.
- FramerOne prompt for Framer's AI with your copy, brand and goals; lead forms as an embed.
- WebflowOne prompt for Webflow's AI with your copy, brand and goals; lead forms as an embed.
Questions, answered.
Do I need HubSpot?
No. Forms and leads work on their own. If you use HubSpot or Attio, connecting it keeps your CRM in step.
Why double opt-in?
Because a confirmed address is one you may write to, and one that exists. In several countries it's also what the law expects for marketing email.
