Insights/Company visitors

See which companies visit your site. Never the people.

Echo names the companies behind the visits to your website, what they read and where they came from, AI assistants included. When one comes back to your prices, your team hears about it in Slack or by email, and the company goes to HubSpot or Attio in one click.

Which companies visited, and what they read

Every company that visited in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with its industry, size and country, the pages it read most, and where its first visit came from: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, LinkedIn or a link. Filter by country, industry or size, or by the ones that looked at your prices.

  • Visits from AI assistants marked on every row
  • A chart of companies per day
  • Companies only: a person is never named

One company's visits, newest first

Open a company to see each visit: the day, where it came from, the page it landed on and how many pages it read. When its pages name a competitor, Echo says so: this studio is comparing you with Tallybird.

  • Pages over the period, and on how many days
  • The competitor it's comparing you with
  • Add to HubSpot or Attio in one click

An alert when a company comes back

Set the rules that matter to you: a company viewed your prices on two days in a week, or read any page after a visit from an AI assistant. Echo sends the company, its pages and where it came from to Slack or by email, and a follow-up becomes an action with an owner and a due date.

  • Up to 10 rules per brand
  • Slack, email or both
  • Follow-ups show up in Actions
  • HubSpotContacts, deals and revenue by source; leads in step.
  • AttioLeads become people, replies become notes, deals feed your pipeline.
  • SlackNew actions, wrong facts and the Monday summary, with buttons.

Questions, answered.

How does Echo know which company visited?

From the network the visit comes from. Many companies have their own, registered in their name. Echo looks that network up with a data provider and keeps the company's name, website, industry, size and country. It never learns who the person was.

Is it allowed under the GDPR?

Echo works at company level only: it never stores the IP address or names a person, and the Echo tag sets no cookies. The owner of the website adds a line about it to their privacy policy. Ask your lawyer for your case.

Which visits does it find?

Visits from business networks: offices, and companies with their own connection. Visits from home, from a mobile network or from a cloud server can't be tied to a company and stay anonymous, so expect to see a share of your visits, not all of them.

How does a company get into my CRM?

Click Add to HubSpot or Add to Attio on the company: Echo creates the company there, or finds it by its website, with a note of its visits and pages. Alerts go to a Slack channel and by email, and follow-ups show up in Actions.
