Plan around goals and dates.
A campaign is a goal with a deadline and the work that serves it. Echo shows the goal's line week by week, the work in three trays, and everything with a date on one calendar.
A goal you can watch
“Be named in more AI answers” for the questions or the topic you choose, with a target, or simply “get the work done”. The campaign shows its line against the target every week, from four weeks before it started.
- Dates, an owner and a budget
- Link ad campaigns to see the budget used
- A message in Slack when the campaign ends, with its result
All the work, whatever its kind
Actions, drafts, briefs, planned pages and ads, email campaigns, customer stories and files: add anything to a campaign, and it shows in To do, Doing or Done by its own status.
- “Add to campaign” sits wherever the work is
- One item can serve several campaigns
- Active campaigns show on the Overview
One calendar for the team
Your own events, actions due, drafts to publish, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns starting, approval links expiring and the campaigns themselves, by month or week. Drag something to another day to move it.
- Add an event and invite the team or anyone by email; answers show in Echo
- A colour per type, filters per type, campaign and owner
- Subscribe in Google Calendar or Outlook

Questions, answered.
Do I have to use campaigns?
No. Actions, drafts and everything else work without them. Campaigns help when several pieces of work serve one goal, or when someone asks what the quarter's plan is.
Can a campaign have a budget?
Yes. Set a budget and link the ad campaigns that belong to it. Echo shows the spend within the campaign's dates against the budget.
Can I invite people to an event?
Yes. Pick team members or type any email address. Guests get an invite that adds the event to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, answer with one click, and hear about changes and cancellations.
