Grow/Email outreach

Email campaigns that read like you wrote them.

One list of leads, a goal per campaign, and a personal email for every lead, written from what you know about them. You approve three samples; Echo sends the rest, from your own domain or your own mailbox, and stops when someone replies.

Approve the samples, then press play

Give the campaign a goal: tell them about an offer, share a link, or book a call. Echo writes the first mail and up to two follow-ups for three leads. Edit them, ask for a rewrite, approve, and the rest go out in the same style.

  • Plain and personal: no tracking pixel, no images
  • Sending days, hours and a daily limit
  • Changing the goal asks for new samples

From your domain, or your own mailbox

Send from a subdomain of your own, set up with five DNS records Echo checks for you. Or connect your Gmail or Outlook mailbox: no setup, mails sit in your Sent folder, and replies arrive as normal conversations.

  • Replies land in your inbox either way
  • A limit per mailbox, across all campaigns
  • A new domain starts slowly and speeds up

Replies stop the follow-ups

When someone replies, their follow-ups stop and the reply shows on the lead. Out-of-office notes don't count. Every campaign shows leads, mails sent, replies, bounces and unsubscribes.

  • Unsubscribed and bounced addresses are blocked everywhere
  • Echo pauses a campaign when bounces or complaints rise
  • Every mail has an unsubscribe link and your address
  • GmailSend from your Google Workspace or Gmail mailbox.
  • OutlookSend from your Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox.
  • HubSpotContacts, deals and revenue by source; leads in step.

Questions, answered.

Can I write to people who never signed up?

From Echo's sending domain, no: it's for people who agreed to hear from you, such as sign-ups, customers and event contacts. From your own connected mailbox you can write to business contacts you have a reason to contact; Echo asks you to note that reason, and the law on unsolicited email still applies.

Does Echo track opens and clicks?

No. Mails are plain text without a tracking pixel, and links go straight to their page. Replies are what counts.

Which plans include email campaigns?

Growth and Pro: 2,000 or 10,000 mails a month to 2,000 or 10,000 opted-in leads, with 3 or 10 campaigns running at once. A new sending domain starts with 20 mails a day, then 50, and after two weeks sends at each campaign's own pace.

Where do leads come from?

Your lead forms, a CSV, HubSpot, or added by hand. The same address appears once per workspace.
