Grow/Customer stories

Customer stories your customers have approved.

Getting a customer's okay is slow, and afterwards nobody is sure what may be used where. Echo turns it into one tracked process: you say what you'd like to show, your customer approves it item by item and channel by channel, and both sides get a record.

Say what you'd like to show

The company name, the logo, a quote, a number, a case study, a photo or a video, and the channels you have in mind: website, social media, sales materials, ads, press. Paste your call notes and Echo drafts the quote and the case study from them.

  • Always the next step: “Waiting for Mara”, “Logo missing”
  • Start from a won deal in HubSpot
  • Logos and photos live in Assets

Your customer approves by link

No account, no login. Your contact sees every item as it would appear and answers each one: approve everywhere, only on some channels, or decline, with a comment. Reminders go out by themselves after three and seven days.

  • Works on a phone, in English or German
  • Signed with name and role, kept as a PDF
  • An edit asks again for that item only

What you may use, and where

A grid of items and channels with a tick where it's allowed. Copy the quote, download the logo, share the approved files with your agency, and mark where the story is published.

  • Website approval becomes an action to publish it
  • Post approved quotes to LinkedIn from the story
  • The full history of every round
  • HubSpotContacts, deals and revenue by source; leads in step.
  • LinkedInPost as yourself or as your company page, with statistics.

Questions, answered.

Does my customer need an Echo account?

No. They get an email with a link, look at each item and answer. The link works until it's submitted, or for 30 days.

What happens when I change an approved quote?

Only that item goes back to “needs approval”. The earlier answer stays in the history, and the rest of the story keeps its approval.

Is the approval legally binding?

Echo records who approved what, when, and exactly what they were shown, and both sides get it as a PDF. Whether that is enough for your use is for your lawyer to say.
