Grow/PR and events

Get mentioned where your buyers and AI assistants read. Without a spreadsheet.

Run your media and podcast pitches, partner marketing, your own events and community work in one place: every person or place with a stage, a next step and a date, on the calendar and in your campaigns. Echo writes the pitch, the partner brief, the invite or the reply in your voice, you send it from your own mail, and Echo shows what came of it: coverage, visits, sign-ups and how often AI answers name you afterwards.

Every pitch, partner and event on one board

A list or a board by stage for each programme: to pitch, pitched, replied, agreed, published. Each item has its contact, its next step and a date, shows on the calendar and in its campaign, and the owner gets an email when the next step is due. Start from the publications AI assistants cite for your prompts, from a competitor's webinar, or from an approved customer story.

  • Media and podcasts, partners, your own events, community threads
  • Contacts typed in or imported from a CSV, without duplicates
  • “Publications to pitch” from the sites AI answers cite

The words, written for you

Echo writes the pitch, the partner brief, the event invite or the community reply in your brand voice, from your facts and the customer quotes approved for that channel, and marks every number it can't trace. You send it from your own mail and click “I sent it”; Echo never emails journalists or posts for you.

  • Open in your email program, with the text filled in
  • A press release as a draft, from the same story
  • Replies that help first and name you at most once

What it brought

Add the link to the article or episode: Echo checks it's live, names you and links to you, and counts how often AI answers cite it. Each item has its own tracking link, so the Echo tag counts the visits and sign-ups it sends, and Echo compares how often AI assistants named you in the four weeks before and after.

  • Event sign-ups from your lead form, attendance from any list
  • Deals in HubSpot or Attio from those sign-ups
  • Playbooks start when coverage goes live or an event is held
  • HubSpotContacts, deals and revenue by source; leads in step.
  • AttioLeads become people records, replies become notes, deals feed your pipeline.
  • ZapierEcho's events as Zap triggers; add leads and actions and run playbooks from any Zap.
  • n8nThe Echo node and the Echo Trigger for your n8n workflows, cloud or self-hosted.

Questions, answered.

Does Echo send the pitches?

No. Journalists, podcast hosts, partners and community members haven't signed up to hear from you, so Echo only writes the words. You send them from your own mail (“Open in email” fills them in) and post replies yourself.

Where do the contacts come from?

You type them in or import a CSV, and Echo skips anyone already there. Echo also lists the publications AI assistants cite for your prompts, so you know where to pitch. It doesn't sell contact data or find email addresses.

Can I run a webinar with it?

Yes: the event gets its landing page, a lead form for sign-ups (with a confirmation email), a place on the calendar and the invite text. Run the webinar itself in the tool you already use, and paste or import who came.

How many can I track?

250, 1,000 or 5,000 contacts and 50, 250 or 1,000 open items on Starter, Growth and Pro. Each text Echo writes counts as one of your plan's drafts.
