Partnerships manager
- Senior
- €55,000 base
- Remote
- Full time
Build the channel: agencies, consultancies and freelancers who bring Echo to their clients.

About the role.
Many small marketing teams don't do their marketing alone: an agency, a consultant or a freelancer does part of it. Those people run marketing for several clients at once, and Echo is built for exactly that. The channel is a big part of how Echo grows, and it doesn't exist yet.
As our partnerships manager you build it. You find the agencies and consultancies that fit, sign them, make their first clients a success and shape the programme as you go: the terms, the material, what partners need from the product. You keep a share of every customer your partners bring in, for as long as the customer stays.
What you'll do.
- Find and sign agencies, consultancies and freelancers that run marketing for several clients
- Make each partner successful: onboarding, co-selling, their first three clients on Echo
- Run partner webinars and co-marketing with them: they host, you bring the material and the story
- Keep the partner pipeline and the revenue it brings visible, every month
- Shape the partner programme: the terms, the material, and what partners need from the product
What we look for.
- Four or more years in partnerships or channel sales for software, or you've built an agency's client base yourself
- You know how agencies make money, and what makes a tool worth recommending to their clients
- You can run a programme on your own: the pipeline, the material, the follow-ups, the numbers
- You're patient with the long game and quick with the next step
- You write well: partners read your material and send it to their clients
Senior: you've built or grown a partner channel before, or run an agency's client side. Tell us what you built and what it brought in.
What you get. The same rule as everyone in sales, with this role's numbers.
€55,000 a year
The base salary, paid monthly.
30% of recurring revenue
30% of the recurring revenue of every customer a partner you signed brings in, for as long as the customer stays.
Two to three times the base
What the total typically comes to. Some make more.
Fully remote
Remote, within about three hours of Central European Time. No office, no offsites, no mandatory anything.
How the pay works in full, and the questions people ask about it: the careers page.
The first months. How it tends to go.
- 01Weeks 1 and 2: learn the product, talk to the agencies already using Echo, draft the programme
- 02Month 1: your first ten partner conversations, the material partners can use
- 03Month 3: your first partners signed, and their first clients on Echo
How we work here. In short.
Remote by design
There's no office to come to, and there won't be one. You work from wherever you do your best work, in the hours that suit the customers you're talking to. We hire people who like it that way.
You run your own show
Nobody hands you a calendar. You decide how to find customers, how to run your week and which tools to use, as long as it adds up to new customers. Think of it as running your own business inside ours, with the product, the brand and the leads already there.
Paid for outcomes
We'd rather pay you a lot for results than a little for attendance. The base salary is deliberately modest; the share of revenue isn't, and it has no cap. Someone who does well here earns two to three times their base.
Light on rituals
No offsites, no mandatory socials, no all-hands for the sake of it. A short written update, a call when a call helps, and colleagues who respect your work. If you make friends here, great; it's just not part of the job.
The interview is a real sales call.
We don't do rounds of interviews for sales roles. We'd rather hear you sell. So the process is short, and it's the job itself:
- 01Apply below. A person reads it and gets back to you within a week.
- 02Learn Echo. The interactive demo on our home page runs on made-up data and needs no account; the free AI score shows what we do in a minute.
- 03Find a company that fits and book a demo call with them. How you find them and what you say is up to you.
- 04Once it's scheduled, write to hello@echo-aeo.com with the date and time and invite us to the call. One of us joins and only listens.
- 05After the call, we give you honest feedback and a decision, usually the same day.
If that sounds like a day you'd enjoy, apply. If it sounds like too much to ask before an offer, that's a fair answer too, and better found out now.
Apply. A few lines are enough. Honest ones are better.
No CV upload, no cover letter. Your LinkedIn profile tells us where you've been; the box below tells us whether this is the right place for you.
What we'd like to read
- How you match this level. Senior: you've built or grown a partner channel before, or run an agency's client side. Tell us what you built and what it brought in.
- How you'd work when nobody sets your week: how you'd find customers, organise yourself and decide what to do next, with new customers as the outcome.
- Anything you'd want to know from us.
