Product specialist
- Mid level
- €42,000 base
- Remote
- Full time
Make every customer good at Echo: set them up right, answer fast, show what's new, and keep them coming back.

About the role.
Echo does a lot: AI visibility, actions, campaigns, drafts, landing pages, forms, playbooks. That's its strength and its challenge. A team that sets it up well gets value in the first week; a team that doesn't quietly drifts away. The difference is a person who knows the product inside out and likes explaining it.
As our product specialist you're that person. You help new customers set Echo up the right way for their brand, you answer their questions quickly and well, and you don't wait to be asked: you check in, point out what they haven't tried yet, and tell everyone what's new, in a regular newsletter and in short videos you record yourself.
It's a role for someone who enjoys being the expert in the room and would rather show than tell.
What you'll do.
- Set new customers up well in their first week: the brand, its prompts, competitors and connections
- Answer requests quickly and properly, and turn the ones that repeat into help pages and short videos
- Reach out before you're asked: check in, show what they haven't tried, hear what's missing
- Write and send the customer newsletter: what's new, what it's for, how to use it
- Record short videos of new features and keep them in a library customers and the team can use
- Bring what customers say back to the product: the questions, the gaps, the ideas
What we look for.
- Two or more years helping the customers of a software product, or you've run marketing with tools like this yourself
- You learn a product deeply and fast, and you enjoy explaining it in plain words, in writing and on camera
- You're quick and precise in writing: most of this job happens in email and inside the app
- You notice when a customer has gone quiet, and you do something about it
- You plan your own week around the customers, without anyone handing you a list
Mid level: you've done this for a couple of years, in onboarding, support, customer success or as a marketer who lived in tools like ours. Tell us how you learn a product, and how you'd explain Echo to someone busy.
What you get. A base, a performance part, and room to work your way.
€42,000 a year
The base salary, paid monthly.
A performance part
A performance part tied to the customers you keep and grow, agreed with you before you start. The sales team's 30% is for the deals they close; your part follows what customers do once they're here.
Fully remote
Remote, within about three hours of Central European Time. No office, no offsites, no mandatory anything.
Your own show
You plan your own weeks and pick your own tools. We judge the outcome, not the hours.
How the pay works in full, and the questions people ask about it: the careers page.
The first months. How it tends to go.
- 01Weeks 1 and 2: learn Echo in depth, set it up for a brand of your choice, read every customer email of the last months
- 02Month 1: you answer everything, your first check-ins, the first newsletter out
- 03Month 3: every new customer set up by you in their first week, a video for every new feature, and customers who'd miss you
How we work here. In short.
Remote by design
There's no office to come to, and there won't be one. You work from wherever you do your best work, in the hours that suit the customers you're talking to. We hire people who like it that way.
You run your own show
Nobody hands you a calendar. You decide how to find customers, how to run your week and which tools to use, as long as it adds up to new customers. Think of it as running your own business inside ours, with the product, the brand and the leads already there.
Paid for outcomes
We'd rather pay you a lot for results than a little for attendance. The base salary is deliberately modest; the share of revenue isn't, and it has no cap. Someone who does well here earns two to three times their base.
Light on rituals
No offsites, no mandatory socials, no all-hands for the sake of it. A short written update, a call when a call helps, and colleagues who respect your work. If you make friends here, great; it's just not part of the job.
The interview is Echo, set up by you.
We don't ask you to talk about the product. We ask you to use it, the way you'd want a customer to:
- 01Apply below. A person reads it and gets back to you within a week.
- 02Start a free trial at echo-aeo.com. It asks for a card and the first 14 days are free; cancel under Settings → Billing before they end and nothing is charged.
- 03Set the whole app up for a brand of your choice the way you believe is right: the brand, its prompts, competitors, connections, campaigns, whatever you'd do for a customer.
- 04Record a short video (Loom or anything like it) walking us through what you set up, how you'd use it, and what you'd show a customer first.
- 05Send us the link, in the box below or to hello@echo-aeo.com. We watch it and give you feedback and a decision.
What we're looking for is simple: that you understand the product and its features, and can show them in a way that makes someone want to try it.
Apply. A few lines are enough. Honest ones are better.
No CV upload, no cover letter. Your LinkedIn profile tells us where you've been; the box below tells us whether this is the right place for you.
