Compare / AirOps

Echo vs AirOps.

AirOps is built for content teams that publish at scale: workflows that research, write and refresh pages, with brand kits, knowledge bases and AI visibility insights to point them. Echo starts at the other end: it measures how AI answers treat your brand every day, then decides what's worth doing, content included, and proves what moved. Here's how they differ.

In short

What AirOps does well.

AirOps is strong where content is made: workflows that research, write and refresh pages in bulk, brand kits and knowledge bases that keep them on message, CMS and SEO integrations, and a team that helps set the strategy. Content-heavy brands such as HubSpot, Webflow and Gong use it, and its Pro plan has unlimited seats.

Pick AirOps if

  • A content team that publishes and refreshes many pages a month and wants to build its own workflows
  • You want a partner to set the AI search strategy with you
  • Unlimited seats matter more than a published price

Pick Echo if

  • You want to see first how each assistant answers your customers' questions, daily, with the pages they cite
  • You want a short weekly list of what to do, not only content, with proof and owners
  • You want the price on the website and to start today

Where Echo goes further

Measure first, then decide what to make

Echo asks your customers' questions on seven AI assistants and Google's answers every day and shows who's named, in what position, with what sentiment and which pages are cited. That's what the week's actions come from, so the content you make is the content that answers a question you're losing.

  • Daily or weekly per assistant, in each market
  • Position, sentiment and the cited pages per answer
  • Competitors and the sources behind them

Content is one kind of action

Some answers are won with a new page. Others need a wrong fact fixed, a listing on a review site, a reply in a thread or a page AI can't read made readable. Echo ranks all of them in one list, each with its proof, an owner and a due date, and writes the brief, draft, pitch or correction for the ones that need words.

  • Pages to build, facts to fix, places to get mentioned
  • Drafts in your voice, sent to your CMS as drafts
  • Owners, due dates and a before and after

A price on the page

AirOps sells its plans after a conversation. Echo's plans are on the pricing page, start with 14 days free and can be changed or cancelled in Settings. For a team that wants to see its own numbers this week, that's most of the decision.

  • $399 a month for one brand, $799 for three, $1,499 for ten
  • Every plan includes almost every part of Echo
  • Your own OpenAI key if you want the writing on your account

FAQ

Questions.

Is AirOps an AI visibility tool?

Partly. AirOps is mainly a content platform: workflows that research, write and refresh pages, with AI visibility insights on top to point them. Echo is mainly an AI visibility platform, with content as one of the ways it acts on what it finds.

Can Echo write content at AirOps' volume?

No, and it isn't trying to. Echo writes briefs and drafts for the pages its actions call for, a handful a week, in your voice and with your facts. If you publish and refresh hundreds of pages a month through your own workflows, AirOps is built for that.

Can I use both?

Yes. Some teams measure and plan in Echo and produce in a content tool. Echo's actions, briefs and drafts come out through the API, webhooks, Zapier and n8n, and the before and after shows whether the new pages moved AI answers.

How much does AirOps cost?

On 4 November 2026 its pricing page listed Solo, Pro and Enterprise without prices, with a 14-day free trial. Echo starts at $399 a month.

Does Echo have unlimited seats?

Not on the listed plans: 3, 5 or 15 members by plan, more on Enterprise. AirOps' Pro and Enterprise plans have unlimited seats.
