Kinds of action

• Create a page: a page AI needs to recommend you, for example a comparison or a FAQ.
• Improve a page: rewrite a page AI cites or should cite.
• Get mentioned: get onto a third-party page AI cites next to competitors.
• Fix the website: AI crawlers blocked in robots.txt, no sitemap, broken or noindex pages, missing titles, descriptions or structured data, thin pages, pages AI can't read.
• Fix a wrong fact and fix figures on a page: from FactCheck.

Where they come from

Every Monday, after the scheduled run, Echo looks at the prompts where you're missing and who's named instead, the answers, the sites AI cites, your competitors' cited pages, your own pages and a check of your website. It writes up to 15 ranked actions per market, each pointing only to evidence it found. Other parts of Echo add actions too: citation gaps, objections, the AI score, AI crawlers and agents.

What every action has

• what to do and why, a Plan of 2 to 4 steps and Why it matters
• the evidence: prompts, answers, cited pages, website findings
• impact (high, medium, low) and effort (small, medium, large)
• a status (to do, doing, done, dismissed), an assignee and a due date
• chips showing the data it comes from

Work through them

Drag a card between To do, Doing and Done, or open it to assign it, set a due date or add it to a project. From an action you can:

• Write draft: Echo writes the page, section or FAQ in your brand voice.
• Create brief: a content brief for the action's main prompt.
• Send to Framer (or Webflow or WordPress): put the draft into your site as a draft.
• Copy as task or Email to…: hand it to Linear, Jira, Asana or anyone else. See Slack and task tools.

Did it work

When you mark an action done, Echo stores the visibility of its prompts in the 14 days before. The action then shows before against since with a small chart, and visits from AI to its pages before and after. Website fixes Echo can see are marked done by Echo when the next check no longer finds the problem.

No repeats

A dismissed action never comes back and a done one isn't reopened. Suggestions nobody touched disappear after two weeks.
