Markets and assistants
A market is a country plus a language, for example "Germany · German". Each market has its own prompts, written in its language, and AI assistants search as if from that country.
Add a market
Go to Brand → Markets → Add market. Pick the country, the language and the schedule, then where the prompts come from:
- translate your main market's prompts
- let Echo suggest new prompts for the market
- start without prompts
Echo shows the estimated monthly cost before you add it. Your plan sets how many markets each brand can have.
Schedules
The main market runs every day by default; extra markets every Monday. Change it under Edit market.
Assistants
Brand → Markets → Assistants lists every assistant your plan includes with Daily, Weekly or Off. Daily follows each market's schedule. Off stops asking it and keeps its answers.
The market filter
With more than one market, a market filter appears in the top bar. "All markets" shows everything and names each prompt's market. Every chart, CSV export and action respects it.
What you sell
Brand → Markets → What you sell is different: it lists the categories and services your brand competes in. Each one owns a prompt tag, so Topics and Compare by can group your numbers by what you sell. Echo proposes them from your site; only the ones you keep count.
Delete a market
Delete market removes its prompts, answers and numbers. You can't delete your main market.
