Perception

Perception shows what AI assistants say your brand is like, not just whether they name you. Open Visibility → Perception.

Attributes

Echo reads each answer for short themes such as "Pricing", "Ease of use" or "Integrations", each mention positive, neutral or negative, with the sentence it comes from. You see each attribute's share (answers that give you the attribute out of answers that name you), its tone and its change, next to your competitors.

What changed

A few sentences at the top, written from the numbers only: the biggest rises and falls, new objections, and the widest gaps to a competitor.

Objections

An objection is an attribute AI states negatively about you in at least 3 answers in the period, for example "limited advanced reporting". Each one lists the answers, the assistants and the pages cited in them.

Answer this objection creates an action: improve the page AI cites most while saying it, or add a FAQ entry when none of your pages is cited.

What drives negative answers

The pages cited most in answers that are negative about you, with the claims they repeat and any wrong facts. Fixing or answering these pages is often the quickest way to change the tone.

In the answers

Everywhere you read an answer, sentences that give a brand an attribute are underlined in green or red. Hover to see the attribute.
