Competitors
Echo compares you with the competitors you track in every answer, and watches their websites for changes. Everything sits under Competition.
Add and remove competitors
Competition → Competitors lists your tracked competitors. Add one with its name and website; your plan sets how many you can track. Echo names a competitor in answers by its name, other names and website.
Seen in AI answers
Every week Echo looks for companies AI recommends next to you that you don't track yet. Seen in AI answers lists the ones that appear in at least 3 answers, with example prompts. Click Add to track one, or Ignore to never see it again.
Google reviews
Each company's Google rating and review count, week by week. See Google reviews.
Share of voice
Competition → Share of voice (also under Visibility) shows each brand's share of mentions over time, their visibility and average position, and head-to-head numbers.
Against your industry
Pick your industry to see your AI visibility and citations next to the industry's middle value, worked out every Sunday from anonymised numbers of other brands in Echo. Only middle values are shown, never another company's numbers. The workspace owner can opt out of contributing.
Changes on competitors' websites
Competition → Changes shows what competitors change, read every Sunday from their public websites: new and removed pages, positioning, pricing, content, customers and integrations. A weekly summary per competitor marks what Echo observed (with links to proof) apart from what it infers. A change that calls for a response, such as a new comparison page against you or a price change, becomes an action.
