Plans and billing
Echo has three plans, Starter, Growth and Pro, paid monthly or yearly, and Enterprise, agreed on a call. Prices and limits are on the pricing page.
Before a plan
After you set up your first brand, Echo runs a small first check (10 prompts on ChatGPT and your AI score) and lets you look around for 5 minutes. Then the plans cover the screen until you pick one.
The trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. You enter a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then in Settings → Billing.
If Echo set up your workspace for you, your trial starts when you accept the owner invite, without a card.
Change or cancel
Go to Settings → Billing (the workspace owner) to change plans, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Yearly costs 10 months' price.
If a plan ends or a payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but Echo stops running prompts and writing until a plan is active again.
Limits
Plans differ in brands, markets, active prompts, competitors, assistants, members and how much AI work Echo does each month. When you reach a limit, Echo says so where it applies and nothing is charged extra. Settings → Usage shows where you stand this month.
Your own OpenAI key
The owner can add an OpenAI API key under Settings → Usage. Drafts, briefs, the Echo agent and other writing then run on your OpenAI account and don't count towards Echo's monthly AI limit. Tracking prompts always runs on Echo.
Tax and invoices
Payments go through Stripe, which works out VAT. Invoices are in Settings → Billing.
