How long until I see results?
The first answers arrive minutes after you create a brand. Trends need about a week of daily runs. Changes from your actions usually take weeks: AI assistants have to find and read your new pages first.
Why does my visibility move day to day?
AI answers vary from one ask to the next, even for the same question. Watch trends over a week or more, and open the answers behind a number to see what changed.
Are these the same answers I see in ChatGPT?
Similar in spirit, not identical. Echo asks through the assistants' official APIs with web search; the apps add memory and personal settings. Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are read as a signed-out searcher sees them. See how Echo collects AI answers.
How is Echo different from other AI visibility tools?
Echo measures the same things, then turns every finding into an action with proof, an owner and a before and after, drafts the work and puts it into your website builder, and shows whether it moved visibility and visits.
Can I bring my prompts from Peec or Profound?
Yes. Visibility → Prompts → Import prompts reads their exports and keeps your tags. History and scores stay in the other tool. See Prompts.
Does Echo publish anything for me?
No. Echo writes drafts and puts them into Framer, Webflow or WordPress as drafts. Publishing, posting and sending are always a person's click.
How many prompts should I track?
Start with the 20 or so Echo drafts, then add prompts where you know buyers ask and where Topics shows gaps. Quality beats quantity: run the prompt audit monthly.
Does Echo count visits from Google's AI Overviews?
No. Google sends those visitors from google.com, so they can't be told apart from search. Echo shows search clicks separately and never counts them as AI visits.
Can an agency use Echo for clients?
Yes. Add each client as a brand, or ask us to set up a workspace for a client and hand it over. See the partner program.
Can I use Echo in another language?
Yes: Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Japanese, under Settings → Account → Language. See Languages.
Why can't I sign up with Gmail?
A new account needs a work email. If a teammate invites you, any address works.
