Boards, views and notes

Boards are your team's own dashboards, made from Echo's charts. Views save the filters you use often, and notes explain what happened on a chart. Open Home → Boards.

Boards

A board is a page of tiles, each one of Echo's charts: visibility, share of voice, citations, visits from AI and more. Echo comes with three ready-made boards to start from.

  1. Click New board and give it a name.
  2. Click Add tile and pick a chart.
  3. Set the board's filters (dates, assistants, markets, tags).

A board can be yours only or the team's. Boards are shared inside your workspace only.

Views

A view saves the filters in the top bar (dates, assistants, markets, tags, personas) so you can apply them again with one click. Pick Views in the filter bar, then Save view. Views are private unless you share them with the team.

Notes on charts

Open a chart's menu and choose Add note to mark a day, for example "Launched the new pricing page". Notes are always the team's and show on every chart with that date. Echo also marks days when prompts were added or turned off, so a jump that comes from new prompts is easy to spot.

Ask Echo about a chart

In a chart's menu, Ask Echo about this sends the chart, its filters, its numbers and the notes for that period to the Echo agent. Pick a point first to ask about one week. Save as image downloads the chart.
