Dashboard
The Dashboard is where Echo opens. It reads the numbers from the other pages and tells you in a few lines where you stand and what to do next.
The summary
A greeting and at most three sentences: your visibility and its change, where you rank in share of voice, visits from AI, and how many answers get your facts wrong.
Six steps
The Dashboard follows the path from AI reading your site to a deal. Each step shows its number, its change and a small trend:

| Read by AI | AI crawler visits and the share of your pages AI can read |
| Understood | Your AI score, with wrong facts and objections beside it |
| Cited | Your own site's share of all cited sources |
| Named | Your AI visibility |
| Visited | Visits from AI assistants |
| Won | Deals that came from an AI assistant, from HubSpot or Attio |
Each step is Healthy, Okay or Needs work. The Weakest step is the earliest one that needs work: fix the chain where it first breaks. A step with nothing to show links to its setup ("Set up AI crawlers", "Connect Google Analytics").
