FactCheck and the content check
FactCheck shows what AI assistants get wrong about you, measured against facts your team confirmed. The content check does the same for your own website.
1. Add your facts
Go to Brand → Facts. Add facts such as prices, plans, features, founding year, locations and integrations, each with a source link and a market. You can also:
- Draft facts from my website: Echo proposes facts from your site; keep the right ones.
- Import from a page: paste a page on your site (pricing, a case study) and Echo proposes facts and statistics with the sentence they come from.
Nothing is saved until you keep it. Statistics (a number, what it measures and its source) have their own, longer list.
2. Read FactCheck
Visibility → FactCheck lists each fact AI got wrong, how many answers got it wrong, each wrong claim with the assistant, the prompt and the quote, and the pages cited in those answers.
When you first save your facts, Echo checks the last 30 days of answers once. After that, every new answer that names you is checked.
A wrong claim is either Contradicts (says something else than your fact) or Outdated (says what used to be true).
3. Fix it
Each wrong fact becomes a Fix a wrong fact action that says where to fix it: your own page the assistants cite, and the third-party site they cite most. It closes by itself once at least 3 recent answers that name you get the fact right.
The content check
Echo also reads your own website every week for prices, numbers and results that contradict your facts. Each page with a problem becomes a Fix figures on a page action with a suggested sentence. When your site runs on Framer, Fix this puts the corrected sentence into the page as an unpublished change, and Undo puts the old one back. It's right turns a figure without a source into a statistic.
