What is Echo

Echo is an AI visibility platform for marketing teams. It asks AI assistants the questions your buyers ask, measures whether they name you, which sites they trust and what they say about you, and turns every finding into an action with proof, an owner and a before and after.

What Echo does

Echo works in a loop of four steps:

  1. Measure. Echo sends your prompts (the questions your buyers ask) to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode on a schedule. It records who gets named, in what order, with what tone, and which pages are cited.
  2. Find what to do. Every week Echo turns the answers, the cited sites and a check of your own website into ranked actions: pages to build, pages to improve, sites to get mentioned on and fixes for your website.
  3. Do the work. Echo drafts the pages, FAQs, replies and pitches, and can put drafts straight into Framer, Webflow or WordPress. A person always approves and publishes.
  4. Prove it. Each finished action shows visibility before and after. Results follows the line from AI reading your site to visits, leads and deals.

Where things are in the app

The sidebar has six areas:

AreaWhat you find there
HomeDashboard, Actions, Projects, Results, Agents, Inbox
VisibilityOverview, Prompts, Topics, Citations, Share of voice, Perception, FactCheck
WebsiteAI score, Benchmark, Sitemap, AI crawlers, SEO, Performance, Tracking
MentionsPlaces to get mentioned, Outreach, Contacts
CompetitionChanges on competitors' sites, Share of voice, Competitors
BrandProfile, Brand context, Facts, Guidelines, Audience, Assets, Markets

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere to jump to any page.

What Echo never does

Echo never publishes, posts or sends anything to people outside your workspace by itself. Drafts go to your website builder as drafts, replies and pitches are written for you to send from your own accounts, and publishing is always a person's click.
