Claude and ChatGPT
Echo works as a connector in Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask about your data and prepare changes from the assistant you already use. The connector address is:
https://echo-aeo.com/mcpAdd it to Claude
- In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, click + and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it "Echo" and paste the address.
- Click Add, then Connect. Echo opens: sign in, pick the workspace and click Allow.
Add it to ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, switch on Developer mode in the settings (available on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web).
- Create an app with the address above.
- Sign in to Echo, pick the workspace and click Allow.
Add it to Cursor
- In Cursor, open Cursor Settings → MCP and add a new server with the address above, or add it to
~/.cursor/mcp.json:
{ "mcpServers": { "echo": { "url": "https://echo-aeo.com/mcp" } } }- Cursor opens Echo in your browser: sign in, pick the workspace and click Allow.
- Back in Cursor, Echo shows as connected. Ask the agent about your data.
Any other app that connects to remote MCP servers with sign-in works the same way.
What it can do
- Read what you can see in Echo: brands, actions, AI visibility, prompts and answers, topics, citations, competitors, FactCheck, AI crawlers, Sitemap, Results and more.
- Propose changes, such as new prompts, facts or a draft. The assistant gives you a link; Echo opens with the change and you click Apply.
It can't change, delete, publish or send anything by itself. Only you see your proposals.
Try asking
- "Which prompts did we lose to competitors last week, and who won them?"
- "What does AI get wrong about our pricing?"
- "Draft a comparison page against our top competitor."
See and remove connections
Settings → Connections → Claude and ChatGPT lists the connected apps with who connected them and when they were last used. Disconnect ends one. Leaving a workspace ends your connections.
