Mentions
Getting mentioned on the sites AI trusts is often the work that moves AI answers most. Mentions puts it in one place. Open Mentions in the sidebar.
Places
One list of every place AI reads that could name you:
- citation gaps: third-party pages AI cites next to a competitor and never next to you
- mentions: threads, reviews and posts about you and your competitors found on the web
Filter by platform (Reddit, G2, Capterra and others). Places AI cites come first.
Find more places
Click Find more places and say what to look for, for example "best of lists and comparisons" or "podcasts and newsletters in our space". Echo searches the web and keeps only pages it actually read.
Get mentioned here
On any place, Get mentioned here gives you:
- why the place matters and Open the page
- How to get on it: plain steps for that platform, such as how to get listed on G2 or how to reply in a thread
- who to contact, where Echo knows
- the words: a reply, a pitch, a review request or a listing request, in your brand voice
It's saved as an outreach item. You send or post it from your own accounts and click I sent it to record it. Echo never posts or emails for you.
Outreach and contacts
Outreach holds your items as a list or a board by stage, with places won per week. Contacts keeps the journalists, hosts and community people you work with.
Settings
Choose what Echo searches: pages AI cites, sites Google searches weekly (Reddit, G2, Capterra and Trustpilot by default), Google Alerts feeds, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, YouTube, the news and your own review profiles. News mentions have their own filter on Places. Echo uses public sources only and never scrapes Reddit or review sites.
