Team, brands and workspaces

Invite your team

1. Go to Settings → Members and click Invite.
2. Enter their email addresses.
3. They get an email with a link that works once and expires after 7 days. They sign in with that address and click Join.

Pending invites can be resent or cancelled. Your plan sets how many members a workspace can have; see Pricing.

Roles

The owner manages billing, API keys and connections such as HubSpot and Attio, and can make another member the owner. Members can do everything else: actions, prompts, drafts, agents and publishing.

Brands

A workspace can have several brands, depending on your plan. Switch with the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar; Add brand starts the setup again. All brands share the workspace's plan and limits.

To delete a brand, go to Brand → Profile → Delete brand and type the brand's name.

Several workspaces

If you're in more than one workspace, switch under Switch workspace in the account menu.

Delete your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and type your email. Your account and the workspaces only you use are deleted right away. If you own a workspace other people are in, first make another member the owner or delete that workspace.
