Agents

Agents do recurring work for you and end in something a person approves: an action with a draft, a report, or an email to your team. An agent never publishes, posts, spends money or sends anything outside your workspace. Open Home → Agents.

Ready-made agents

They run every Sunday, or when you click Run now:

AgentWhat it does
Refresh a page for AIRewrites the page AI cites where it recommends others, answer-first
Comparison pageDrafts a comparison with the competitor named most often ahead of you
FAQ and schemaWrites 6 to 10 answers for a weak topic, with valid FAQ structured data
Answer an objectionWrites a section or FAQ entry for an objection from Perception
Pitch a cited siteWrites the pitch, review or listing request for a citation gap
llms.txtBuilds an llms.txt file from your pages, without AI

Each agent can be On or Off, and set to Every Sunday or Only on Run now. Its drafts land on the matching action with Open and edit, Approve, Send to Framer and Copy.

Your own agents

Your agents → New agent: describe the job in a sentence, for example "Every Monday, pull last week's AI visibility and email the team a short summary". Echo turns it into the agent's instructions, what it reads, what it ends in and when it runs, and shows it before saving. Or start from a template.

  • Reads: only your brand's own Echo data, such as visibility, citations, perception, actions, Sitemap and AI crawlers.
  • Ends in: an action with a draft, a report in Drafts, an action in a project, or an email to workspace members.
  • Runs: on Run now, every day, every Monday, or when something happens (a new action, a wrong fact, a visibility drop, a new objection, a negative mention).

Bulk runs

Run an agent over a list: Sitemap pages, prompts, or a pasted list or CSV. One run per row, with Approve all, Stop and Export CSV.

Review

"A person approves each result first" is on by default. Results wait with their summary and any flags until someone clicks Approve or Dismiss. Numbers that aren't in your facts are flagged "Check these before you use it".

Every writer follows your brand context: house rules, facts and brand voice.
